GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter also "General Conditions" or "GTC") govern the sale of products marketed on the website https: //saturniagioielli.com ( hereinafter also the "Site") by the Company " La Fonte del Cerro snc di Tanturli Maurizio e Monia" with headquarters in SP 10 della Follonata Km 3.5, 58014 Saturnia (GR), Italy - VAT number and Tax Code 01564720538 (hereinafter also "Boutique Saturnia" the "Seller").
The Site and the Saturnia Gioielli brand are owned by the company " La Fonte del Cerro snc di Tanturli Maurizio e Monia ". Below are the conditions of sale which will remain in effect until changed by " Saturnia Gioielli ". Any changes to the GTC will be effective from the moment they are published on the Site and will apply to sales made from that moment on.
1. DEFINITION AND OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This contract ("Contract") is a distance contract for the sale of movable goods (jewelry) between " Saturnia Gioielli " and the customer (the "Customer") through a distance selling system organized by the Seller, which uses the Internet exclusively for this Contract. All contracts, therefore, will be concluded directly through the Customer's access to the Site where, following the indicated procedures, the Contract for the purchase of the goods will be concluded.
The Contract is concluded through the acceptance by “ Boutique Saturnia ” of a purchase order proposal (hereinafter also “purchase proposal” or “order” or “order proposal” or “purchase order”) issued by the Customer via the internet, following the invitation to offer content on the Site, based on the methods described on the Site.
The Customer is not entitled to purchase products on the Site for resale. By placing an order, the Customer declares that he or she is of legal age.
The Customer is excluded from any right to compensation for damages or indemnity, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order by Saturnia Gioielli .
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
By electronically submitting their purchase order proposal, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe these GTC in their dealings with “ Boutique Saturnia ”, declaring that they have read and accepted all the information provided to them pursuant to the law (art. 1341 et seq. of the Civil Code), also acknowledging that “ Boutique Saturnia ” does not consider itself bound by different conditions unless previously agreed in writing.
These General Conditions of Sale must be reviewed online by Customers visiting the Site before confirming their purchases. Submitting a purchase order therefore implies full knowledge of the aforementioned GTC and their full acceptance.
3. ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS
Once the purchase order proposal has been submitted by the Customer, using the methods indicated on the Site, it will be processed within the following three working days.
Saturnia Gioielli accepts customer purchase order proposals within the limits of the quantities of the requested products in stock. Therefore, Saturnia Gioielli 's acceptance of the customer's purchase proposal is subject to the products' availability in stock.
Saturnia Gioielli undertakes to promptly communicate (no later than three working days after receiving the purchase proposal) to the Customer by email any out-of-stock situations due to excess demand or other causes and/or to provide waiting times for the replenishment of missing products in the warehouse.
Saturnia Gioielli will not be liable to any party for damages, losses, or costs incurred as a result of failure to perform the contract. The Customer is only entitled to a refund of the price paid.

4. SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipments are made within Italy.
Shipping costs are €7 for orders under €99, free for orders over €99.
For the management of shipments in Italy, Saturnia Gioielli relies on “Poste Italiane” which will deliver the order within seven working days following the conclusion of the Contract, or with the acceptance by “ Saturnia Gioielli ” of the purchase order proposal.
The Seller can never be held responsible for any unforeseen events (delay and/or failure to deliver the order or damage to the purchased products) that may occur during or as a result of the transport of the order for which “Poste Italiane” is exclusively responsible.
The customer is obliged to accept the package from the courier only if it is intact and undamaged.
In the event of discovering defects in the conformity of the purchased jewel, you must promptly notify the Seller as set out in the following point 7, last paragraph.
5. PURCHASE METHODS
The Customer may only purchase products listed in the electronic catalog available online on the Site, as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the image accompanying the product description may not be fully representative of its features. To proceed with the order proposal, the Customer must pay for the selected product(s).
The purchase proposal sent via the Site by the Customer, once accepted by the Seller within the deadline indicated above (see point 3), will be followed by an order summary email.
The order will be considered accepted only upon receipt of the email informing the Customer that the product has been shipped.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
The Customer can pay using one of the following payment methods: a) PayPal; b) Stripe. All payment details (for example, card number or expiration date) will be managed directly by the managers of these online payment methods.
“ Boutique Saturnia ” only receives notification of the payment order by credit card or other possible payment methods, but does not gain knowledge of the credit card details or other data and details relating to the payment.
The price for the purchase of the products and related delivery charges will be charged to the Customer upon acceptance of the order by the Seller as stated above (see point 5). If, for any reason, it is not possible to charge the amount due, the sales process will be automatically cancelled and the purchase order proposal will be deemed terminated pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, with simultaneous communication sent by the Seller to the Customer via email (so-called express termination clause).
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 calendar days of delivery of the products, upon presentation of the order confirmation email, by sending written communication to Saturnia Gioielli within the aforementioned deadline at the following email address eboutiquesaturnia@gmail.com. Saturnia Gioielli will provide all the information regarding the return procedure (return methods and terms) via email. The costs of returning the products are borne by the customer.
The purchased product must be returned with its packaging and tag, if present, or any other necessary items to identify it. Once the returned product is received, Saturnia Gioielli will verify the integrity of the entire product and the aforementioned accessories necessary for its correct identification. Once the integrity of the returned product has been verified, Saturnia Gioielli will refund the price paid for the item within 30 days.
The right of withdrawal is entirely forfeited if the returned product is not intact or is damaged at the company's sole discretion.
