Make a return

The consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 calendar days of delivery of the products upon presentation of the order confirmation email, by sending written communication to SATURNIA GIOIELLI within the aforementioned deadline at the following email address: saturniagioielli@gmail.com.

SATURNIA GIOIELLI will provide all the information needed to complete the return process via email . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The purchased product must be returned with its packaging and tag, if present, or the elements necessary to identify it with certainty.

Once the returned product has been received, SATURNIA GIOIELLI will proceed to verify the integrity of the complete product and of the aforementioned accessory elements necessary for its exact identification.

Once the integrity of the returned product has been verified, SATURNIA GIOIELLI will refund the price paid for the item within 30 days.
The right of withdrawal is entirely forfeited if the returned product is not intact or is damaged at the company's sole discretion.
